Why is my order taking longer than expected?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times typically range between 5–10 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons or high demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

I placed two orders by mistake. Can one be canceled?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our return policy.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.

We recommend checking around your property, with neighbors, or with your local carrier first. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered slightly before arrival. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

My tracking number isn’t updating.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If there are no updates after this time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check the status of your order.

Why can’t I reach customer service by phone?

Venzorastore operates primarily online to keep costs low and pass savings on to our customers. For the fastest response, please contact us via email or our contact form. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Are your outdoor products weather-resistant?

Many of our Outdoor collection items are designed to withstand normal outdoor conditions. Please review the product description for specific material and care details to ensure longevity.
