Return Overview:

- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

- Return Postage: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Return Requests
To start a return, email info@venzorastore.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Items must be returned unused, with the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Requests sent after the return window may not be approved.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be approved in advance, and parcels sent without authorisation may be declined. Once your request is accepted, we will email you the return instructions, including where to send the parcel and how to prepare it. Please pack items securely to help prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs are not covered.
Refund Handling
When your return is delivered to us, we will review it and then issue the refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days. While we do not apply restocking fees, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
Product Exchanges

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email info@venzorastore.com as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible before processing or dispatch. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you can follow the return steps after delivery if eligible.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@venzorastore.com and include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will review the details and come back to you with the next steps.
