Shipping Policy

  • Same Day Handling: Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM EDT are usually processed that day. Orders submitted after 4:00 PM EDT will typically move into processing on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
  • Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery estimates can change due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other unexpected delays.
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping is available for all orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing & Shipping
After you place an order, we will send a confirmation email with your order details. Your parcel is then prepared and dispatched within 0–2 business days. Once the shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow progress in real time.

Delivery after dispatch takes 6–9 business days. Please keep in mind that transit times can vary depending on your location, the carrier’s route, and current operating conditions.

Shipping Partners
We ship with established carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Tracking is provided through the carrier handling your delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and may differ based on service availability and local conditions.

Shipping Delays

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email info@venzorastore.com as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible before processing or dispatch. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you can follow the return steps after delivery if eligible.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@venzorastore.com and include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will review the details and come back to you with the next steps.
